Tonight was the annual spring gala and fundraiser for The French Academy of Minnestoa.  This year’s theme was Glitter & Green, and it was held at the lovely (and French of course!) Lafayette Club.  I loved the slient auction items, including one where the student got to be the director’s assistant for the day…so cute!  The extra that I really loved was the Marketplace, where guests could purchase hand made and eco friendly items.  There was also a live auction led by the fantastic Karen Sobo.  She had some gems to work with on the auction block, especially the hand made pieces of art by the different classes of the academy. 

This event was such a lovely night, and showed how appreciative the parents are of their school.  The support was inspiring.  Here are a few images from the event, appréciez !
