Aryn and Lucas were married today!

This weekend’s wedding was unusual for us, we attended as guests!  Of course, the camera did come with us, but only for fun images =)

Aryn is a dear person to our family.  She started working with my sister, Emily, as a personal care attendant years ago, and when we decided we needed childcare so I could keep up with our business, she started working as our nanny.  Aryn has been an integral part of our family for two years now and has seen our kids grow up.  She was there when I needed her, in good weeks and bad weeks, and we tried to be the same support to her.  When she and Lucas got engaged we were so excited!  And of course, we got to talk about weddings!

So we made the drive to Viroqua, WI, to be there for Aryn and Lucas.  Aryn did most of the decor herself, and started making her little chickadee decorations months ago.  She found her dress at an antique store and accessories on Etsy.  The barn where her wedding took place was among the gorgeous rolling hills next to a vineyard, and they had mules to pet as well!  The food was delish, the beer was fantastic, and the music was awesome.  This was truly a wedding where everyone pitched in and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. 

Though we will miss Aryn terribly, we are so happy for the new chapter in her life!  Here are a few images from the day, we couldn’t help ourselves!
