Tonight, The Vintage Type had their open house!  Diane has an amazing collection of vintage pieces, and everything was on display in beautiful little vignettes.  Girl Friday pulled the event together with Flora Bella, Chowgirls Killer Catering, Justin Patrick, and Patisserie46…this party was simply gorgeous.  The sponsors even got a special treat from Melanie Rivers and Kate Teal with a makeover to get in the festive mood.

Diane’s collection includes linens, china, glasses, vases, furniture and a large selection of props.  Renting from The Vintage Type will save you time and money, and with Diane’s design eye, you can create something as small as a little photo booth vignette all the way to a large scale reception.

Seriously, Lisa from Flora Bella is amazing.  Her arrangements were whimsical, unique, and oh so lovely!

The Chowgirls spread was delish.  Pates, cheeses, savory bites…seriously decadent.

Not only does the Vintage Type rent out their pieces for receptions and the like, but their space is perfect for photo shoots.  This installation piece is stunning, I love filament bulbs!

The evening was full of French music, champagne, and industry friends chatting away (and sneaking pursefulls of those desserts!).  A lovely event all around.
