We raced the first winter storm of the year for portraits tonight! With three generations present, there were a lot of snuggles and play. But nothing was cuter than these cousins! Enjoy the sneak peek!
Cousins and Their Sock Monkeys
This morning I got to photograph two darling cousins! Due to the wintery chill, we decided to go indoors for this session. Rudy’s Event Rentals is a fun space to shoot in with a great selection of chairs and couches, which worked perfectly for these little gals! And they brought their sock monkeys for the session as well.
Seriously, just the cutest!
Some cheerio bribing was needed to keep this active darling still…they worked wonders!
We ended with a quick picture with mom, who is about to have her second little one…can’t wait to meet him soon too!

Cute Cousins
So this family wanted the title of the blog to be “Dysfunctional Family” because that is what we said during this session instead of cheese 😉 In reality, this family was hilarious, vivacious, and constantly had me on my toes. I enjoy photographing large groups, and observing the fun cousin dynamics and the sibling relationships of a couple different generations. By the end of the session my cheeks hurt from laughing and I found myself wishing I could be a fly on the wall at their family get togethers. Even though it was a bit chilly, we had a wonderful session with a beautiful autumn backdrop.
I loved these two, I could have photographed them all day =)

Then we were joined by this doll, she was awesome and was able to keep all those boys in line!
We actually managed to get the whole group in a picture!
