McNamara and D’Amico are two of the most familiar names in the wedding industry, and they partnered up for Swank Showcase 2017. This event was designed to cater to wedding couples and corporate clients alike, to show off the versatility of the space and the creative talents of the top vendors in the area. The event planners decided on a nightclub theme, and designed the many spaces of the venue to have a different vibe. From the high tech red carpet welcome area to the jazz club feel of the main dining spaces and the fancy dance club look of the main room, they thought of every detail.
Event Lab was the mastermind behind the clean modern decor along with Apres, using whites and metallics throughout which perfectly reflected all of the dramatic lighting designed by EMI Audio.
And the food…seriously. NOM NOM NOM. As tasty as it is beautiful. D’Amico really pulled out all the stops.
Richfield Flowers and Events created lovely arrangements throughout the spaces, each room receiving a different look.
Reid Kennedy Jazz started the night off with some easy listening, and then the nightclub doors opened and guests were ushered in to a candlelit room pulsing with music from British Beats by Paul and enjoying a flash mob style performance by dancers from John Mark Creative.
What a fantastic night, and the way I personally think is the way of the future for wedding shows. It puts the clients right in the middle of an event so vendors can flex their creative muscles and show what they do best!
