40th Anniversary Portraits

Keith and Kim are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary!  I was very honored to be flown in to Detroit to photograph these high school sweethearts who hadn’t been professionally photographed since their wedding.  We started with a night of dancing and listening to the orchestra Keith plays in, the next day took a walk through Detroit, and finally ending up on the couple’s favorite place to be, their boat. The day after at Costco, Kim said she was looking around for “their photographer”, I think they got used to me being their paparazzi!  It really was a fantastic experience.  To witness these two SO IN LOVE…like the love you see in the movies with stars in their eyes…was a true joy.  What a fantastic testament to the strength of what marriage can be.  Happy Anniversary, you two love birds!
