Today I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding styled shoot for Central Minnesota Brides Magazine. When we started collaborating on the look, the team quickly decided to go towards an upcoming trend, Industrial Modern. This style goes so perfectly with the exposed brick and worn wood floors and architectural interest of the barns and warehouses that are so popular in Minnesota right now, and is a perfect way to get more masculine influence into the wedding day.
The shoot is for the magazine, so I’m just giving a sneak peek!
The shoot took place at the 912 Regency in St Cloud, a lovely art deco space downtown.
Our models get dolled up by Panache Salon and Spa.
The ladies of Unique Avenue Designs collaborated with Freeport Floral to create this fun reception table full of succulents, moss, bamboo, concrete, natural fibers, and Edison bulbs.
Lots of metal glammed up the shoot.
Our bride and groom looked so fantastic! The bride’s gowns were from Bridal Boutique and the groom’s suits were from Halberstads. And they braved the 4 degree temps for some outdoor images!
The bling, from Riddle’s Jewelry.
The reception lounge was designed by Unique Avenue and Green Ambiance. The asymmetrical living wall looked amazing!
I just love Edison bulbs =)
And I love these collaborative styled shoots! Enjoy the sneak peek and look for the next edition of Central Minnesota Brides to see the rest!
